To the editor: I have lived at 4521 Maple Drive for 38 years. I have nothing against children, in general. But the children in this neighborhood — and I'd like to be specific — have been cutting through the northeast corner of my lawn on their way to the school bus. If you are a parent of one of these children, please instruct them to use the sidewalk. The sidewalk has been there the entire time. — Vernon T. Hatchell, age 81
